Refund policy
We have 7 day return policy
All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days

  1. Eligibility for Return
    Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Return Request Time
    Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Opened or used skincare or personal care products, hygiene-related items, and discounted or sale products are not eligible for return.
  4. Return Process
    To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email. Share your Order ID along with photos or video of the issue. Approval will be provided within 24–48 hours, after which reverse pickup will be arranged.
  5. Refund Policy
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Processing time is 7–10 working days after approval.
  6. Return Shipping Charges
    Returns for defective or incorrect products are free. For all other reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  7. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.

    Return requests must be raised within 7–14 days of delivery within the UAE.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products, personal care items due to hygiene reasons, and sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
  4. Return Process
    To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email. Share your Order ID along with product images or video showing the issue. Once approved within 24–48 hours, a pickup will be arranged.
  5. Refund Policy
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Processing time is 5–7 working days after approval. Refunds will be completed within a reasonable timeframe and typically through the original payment method.
